Philosophy

My cuisine is the union of proximity, travel and pleasure.

First at all, cooking is an art that must be shared and passed on. My kitchen reflects the entire image of my team. "Unity is strength and pleasure" would be my motto. By developing menus with my entire team from apprentices to myself.
